1 Brie round 8 inch
CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 1 c Cranberries
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
2 tb Green onion, chopped
2 ts Lime juice
1 ts Pickled jalapeno, chopped
Salt Pepper Toasted pecan halves(optl) Cranberry Chutney: In saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar and 1 tb water to boil reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add onion, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt and pepper to taste. Let cool slightly (Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.) Place Brie on ovenproof serving dish. Spoon chutney over top. Bake in 350F 180C oven for 10 15 minutes or until cheese is just starting to melt.

Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. Beat peanut butter, butter, sugars and eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy. Blend in baking soda, vanilla and oats until well mi ed.
