2 md Sweet potatoes
1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 ts Coriander
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Ginger powder
1 tb Soy sauce
Wash and amp scrub potatoes. Cut into sticks and amp set aside. Mi together oil and amp spices. Dip the potatoes into the mi ture and amp spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring half way through cooking. Vegetarian Times October, 1991
