1/2 lb Lean pork, chopped
1 1/2 c Bean sprouts, chopped
1 1/2 c Cabbage, chopped
1/2 c Bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
1/2 c Grated carrot
3 Mushrooms, chopped
3 Green onions, thin slice
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Slices ginger, minced
1 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Suar
1 tb Sesame oil
Dash pepper 8 Egg roll wrappers
Mi all ingredients together. Fill eggroll wrappers. Fold in sides, roll, seal with water or egg white. Deep fry in HOT oil until brown. Remove and drain. This will make 6 to 12 depending on how much filling you use. Posted by: Grandma Sheila E ner August 1991

2 c Unbleached Flour, Sifted 3 ts Baking Powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Shortening 1 c Sugar 2 ea Large Eggs 1 1/3 c Mashed Ripe bananas (3 Med.) 1 c Chopped Walnuts Sift together flour, baking powder and salt set aside. Cream together shrtening and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy, using electric mi er at medium speed. Beat in eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in mashed bananas. Add dry ingredients all at once, stirring just enough to moisten. Gently mi in chopped nuts. Spoon batter into greased 3 inch muffin pan cups, filling 2/3rds full....
