4 sl American cheese, cut
into eighths 2 Hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 md Sweet pickles, diced
6 1/2 oz Can tuna, drained and flaked
1 T Finely chopped green pepper
2 T Finely chopped onion
1 T Finely chopped celery
1 T Finely chopped pimiento
1/2 c Mayonnaise
6 Hamburger buns, split
and buttered 1. Combine all ingredients e cept buns in a large mi ing bowl. Blend
thoroughly. 2. Place bottom of hamburger buns in a shallow, 10 inch round
heat resistant, non metallic baking dish. Spoon tuna mi ture onto bun halves. 3. Place top half of hamburger bun on tuna mi ture.
4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
