2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 c Butter softened
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar firmly packed
1 ts Vanilla e tract
2 Eggs
12 oz Semisweet chocolate morsels
1 c Nuts chopped
Preheat oven to 350 . In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt set aside. In large bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vainlla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mi ture, mi well. Stir in Nestles Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets. Bake 10 12 mins. Makes 100 If using NO NUTS, increase flour from 2 1/4 c to 2 3/4 c. (1/2 c per batch) Original recipe calls for 375 oven baked 8 10 mins. I also do not get 100 but I like a larger cookie

1 tb Olive Oil 1/2 c Onions Chopped 1 c Mushrooms Sliced 8 oz Artichokes Canned, 2 c Chicken Broth 1/2 c Green Peas 4 tb Unbleached Flour 2 c Evaporated Skimmed Milk 1 Salt and amp Pepper To Taste Drain and chop the canned artichokes. In a large saucepan heat the oil and saute the onions. Add the mushrooms, artichokes, and broth. Cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Add the peas. Blend the flour into the evaporated milk and add to the mi ture in the pan. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. B...
