6 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/2 c Plain flour
1 sm Egg
1/3 c Brown sugar
1 pn Ground cloves
1 pn Cardamom
1 ts Cinnamon
Rub the butter into the flour. Cream the egg with the sugar and add to the flour and butter mi ture. Add the spices and mi together gently. cut into shapes and put on to a greased baking tray. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and store in an airight container. The biscuits cookies will keep for several weeks. Pat Dwigans
