2 Lb. cod cut in serving
pieces 1/2 Pt. sour cream
3 shallots minced
1 Lb. mushrooms sliced
2 Oz. grated Parmesan
1 Tbsp. dill
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
seasoned flour bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, paprika, wheat germ and sunflower seed. Saute shallots, then saute mushrooms. Remove from heat, add dill and parsley reserve. Rinse fish pat dry and dust with seasoned flour. Arrange 1/2 mushrooms on bottom of buttered baking dish, cover with fish and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle on grated cheese spoon on sour cream. Top with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
