1 Lb Ground chuck
1 Med Onion chopped
1 Med Bell pepper chopped
1 Tbsp Salt
4 Oz Can mushrooms
1 Can Golden mushroom soup
Tater Tots
Brown meat drain. Pour off liquid from mushrooms, set aside. Mi all ingredients into meat, put into baking dish and press. Mi golden mushroom soup with liquid from mushrooms. Pour this over meat mi ture. Should be spread completely over meat. Cover with Tater Tots. Bake in 350 degree oven, covered with foil, for 15 20 minutes. Remove foil and finish cooking until Tater Tots are brown. Onion, pepper and mushrooms are optional.
