1 Pound corned beef 1 Large onion, chopped 1 Teaspoon salt 1/4 Teaspoon pepper 1 Cup stewed tomatoes 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (2 1/2 C.) 1/4 Pound Cheddar cheese, cubed Place corned beef, onion, salt and pepper in skillet.
