1 cup Bisquick Baking Mi
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Butter softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
17 ounces Cn Apricot Halves drained
12 ounces Cn Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Apricot Preserves

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pie plate, 10 1 1/2 inches. Mi all ingredients e cept the preserves in a blender container until smooth, appro imately 1 minute. Pour into the pie plate. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes cool completely. Heat the preserves over low heat until melted. Spread over the pie cool.

3/4 c Butter or margarine (i use butter) 1 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1 c Sour milk (add 1 tbls. vinegar to milk (let stand 15 minutes 3 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda (mi dry ingredients togethe r 1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla Mi shortening and sugar together, beat. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour milk alternately with flour mi ture. Then add vanilla. Drop 6 8 tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
