2 c Milk
1/4 c Butter melted
4 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla e tract
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Bisquick baking mi
1/2 c Flaked coconut (optional)
Combine all ingredients e cept coconut in a blender blend at high speed for 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie place. Sprinkle coconut on top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting. Source: Southern Living Cooking School Cookbook, Fall, 1982. 2 tb Olive oil 1 ea Garlic clove, minced 1 lb Juicy tomatoes, peeled and amp chopped 1 ea Recipe pizza dough Warm olive oil over low heat in a saute pan. Add garlic and amp after a minute or two, the tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Allow to cool. On a lightly floured board, roll out each pizza ball to form a 12 by 1/8 circle.
