4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick cooking grits
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
8 ounces process cheese w/jalapeno peppers cubed
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 eggs lightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Bring water a nd salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in grits. Cover, reduce heat to l ow, and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheeses and butter until melted. Add eggs , jalapeno pepper, and Worcestershire sauce blend well. Pour mi ture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with paprika as desired. Bake 40 45 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes before serving. .

Add eggs, squash, and flavoring. Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt, baking powder, and spices. Add alternately with milk to first mi ture. Chill dough. Turn onto lightly floured board.
