1 lb Veal Sliced Thin
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
3 tb Vegetable Oil
4 Apples Med. Peel And Slice
1/2 c Evaporated Milk
8 oz Yogurt Small Container
Rub veal steaks with salt and pepper. Heat oil and cook veal slices about 2 minutes on each side. Place veal in an ovenproof casserole. Add cored, sliced apples. Blend evaporated milk and yogurt together. Spread over apples. Place in a preheated 325 degree F. oven cook just until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.

1 Lb. corned beef 1/4 C. chopped onion 1/2 C. water 1 Tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. shortening 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 Can condensed chicken gumbo soup 2 Tbsp. green pepper (optional) Thicken slightly with equal parts flour and butter. Preheat skillet to 375 degrees. Melt shortening and brown corned beef, add onion, saute lightly. Reduce heat to 225 degrees, add bouillon cube dissolved in water, chicken soup, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until desired consistency. Serve hot on toasted buns or over rice. ...
