2 pk Frozen chopped spinach
4 T Butter
2 T Flour
2 T Chopped onion
1/2 c Evap. milk
1/2 c Veg. liquor
1/2 t Black pepper
3/4 t Celery salt
3/4 t Garlic salt
Salt to taste 6 oz Roll jalapena cheese
1 t Worchestershire sauce
Red pepper to taste Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain and reserve liquour. Melt butter. Add flour stir to blended and smooth, but not brown. Add onion to cook until soft but not brown. Add liq. slowly stirring constantly. Cook until smooth and thick. Add seasoning and cheese, cut into small pieces. Stir until melted. Combine with cooked spinach. May put in casserole with buttered bread crumbs.

Remove from heat and amp cool. Put separated wings in plastic cooking bag and lay in pan. Pour marinade over chicken wings and tie bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Arrange chicken wings on foil lined baking sheet and spoon half of marinade on wings. Bake in 400 oven for 30 min, turn wings and put rest of marinade on and bake another 30 min.
