1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper
2 tb Chopped onion
1/3 c Margarine
Salt and pepper 4 Eggs
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
shredded (cracker barrel brand)
Recipe by: Kraft Complete Cheese Cookbook (1971:139) Cook potatoes, green pepper and onion in margarine until lightly browned. Season to taste. Break eggs over potato mi ture cover, cook until eggs are done. Sprinkle with cheese cover and heat until cheese melts.
