1 1/2 cups golden raisins plumped and amp drained
1 tablespoon flour
9 ounces uncooked quick or old fashioned oats
5 ounces coarsely chopped almonds
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute liquid thawed
1/3 cup Low Calorie margarine melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon almond e tract
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 13 9 nonstick baking pan with Pam. Line pan with a sheet of wa paper over bottom and up sides of pan. combine raisins and Set aside. In Medium bowl tossing to coat. Add oats almonds andsugar and stir to combine. Set aside. In a 1 1 cup liquid
measure combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Press mi ture into prepared pan. Bake until about 25 minutes. S golden brown cool for 30 minutes. Invert pan onto clean discarding wa pape work surface Cut in half lengrthwise then cut each half into 12 equal bars, making 24. Wrap each plastic wrap and freeze for future use. NOTES : 10 g. fat, 0 mg. ch Per 2 bar serving: 269 calories
