2/3 c Margarine or butter
5 oz Unsweetened chocolate
Cut into pieces 1 3/4 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 c All purpose flour
1 c Chopped walnuts

Recipe by: Betty Crocker's Cookbook Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 9 2 inches. Heat margarine and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted cool slightly. Beat sugar, vanilla and eggs on high speed 5 minutes. Beat in chocolate mi ture on low speed. Beat in flour just until blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or just until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan cool. Cut into 2 inch squares. 16 BROWNIES: 295 CALORIES PER BROWNIE.

Dijon mustard 2 Tsp. honey 2 Tsp. lemon juice 1/8 Tsp. curry powder 1/8 Tsp. salt 2 red snapper fillets cooking spray 1/8 Tsp. paprika 2 Tsp. chopped parsley Mi together mustard, honey, lemon juice, curry powder and salt. Place fish fillets in a 9 inch square baking dish which has been coated with cooking spray. Pour mustard sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Uncover and broil for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley serve immediately.
