1 lb Potatoes
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Wholewheat flour
Cook the potatoes until tender. Peel them and amp mash them. This can be done ahead of time, or use leftover potatoes. Add the salt and amp flour to the potatoes and amp knead the mi ture well. Roll it out thinly on a floured board and amp cut into rounds or triangles. Bake at 500F for 10 minutes, turning them after 5 minutes. Serve warm with golden syrup or jam.
