1 c Fresh blueberries
1 c Sliced strawberries
1 T Sugar
3 pk Cream cheese, softened (3oz)
1/4 c Honey
3/4 c Orange juice
8 Crepes (6 1/2 )
1. Combine blueberries, strawberries and sugar in small bowl set aside.
2. To prepare sauce, beat cream cheese and honey until light slowly beat
in orange juice. 3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of berry filling in center of 1 crepe. Spoon about 1
tablespoon sauce over berries. Roll up place on serving plate. Repeat with remaining crepes. 4. Pour remaining sauce over crepes.

3 Lbs. salmon filet cut in 8 pieces 6 onions sliced 4 C. red wine 1/3 C. sugar 2 C. cream 1/2 Stick butter Melt the butter in a large pot and add the onions. Let cook for 10 minutes and add the 2 cups red wine. Continue cooking until almost all the liquid evaporated. Season with sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Place the salmon filet in baking dish and add the remaining red wine and cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 475 degrees for 7 minutes. Lift out the cooked salmon and set aside.
