1/2 c Applesauce at room temp
2 Egg whites whipped
3 tb Fat free sour cream
1 c Bananas mashed
1 ts Vanilla
2 Apples chopped
2 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Brown sugar packed
1/2 c Granulated sugar room temp
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
Recipe by: Jo Anne Merrill Preparation Time: 0:15 Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mi ing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, sour cream, bananas, vanilla, and apples. In another mi ing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mi wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake about 1 hour depending on pan size.
