6 Bananas
1 c Butter
1/4 c Sweet sherry
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Whipping cream
1/2 ts Vanilla
Bananas with Cream Melt butter in microwave 30 seconds. Peel bananas, slice legthwise or crosswise, add to melted butter and heat 2 minutes. Place on serving platter, discarding butter, sprinkle with sherry and 1/4 cup sugar. Whip cream, add vanilla and remaining sugar. Cover bananas with cream.
