1 jar Pizza Quick Sauce Traditional
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese Finely shredded
8 ounces Muenster cheese Finely Shredded
8 ounces Provolone cheese Finely Shredded
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, mild Finely Shredded
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
8 ounces pepperoni slices OR
1 pound sausage meat J.C. Potter mild
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
8 ounces mushrooms drained
1 batch Lisa's Pizza Dough prepared as directed

1. Crumble sausage in a medium saucepan, and cover with 2 inches of water, put on lid. Gently boil sausage over low heat, crumbling with fork occasionally. When cooked through, drain, rinse and drain thoroughly. Set aside. 2. Mi all the cheeses in a large mi ing bowl. 3.Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of cheese over prepared pizza dough, top with 1 and 1/2 to jars of Pizza Quick. 4. Sprinkle on cheese, sausage (or pepperoni), green peppers, onion and mushrooms. 5.Bake according to dough recipe.
