BLENDER INGREDIENTS 6 large eggs
2 cups canned milk Plus
1/2 cup regular milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Bisquick dry mi
1 dash pepper
FILLING 1 cup chopped ham
2 cups grated cheese
1/4 cup chopped green chilies
1/4 cup chopped black olives
Onion (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend at high speed for a count of 10. Pour blende r mi ture over the ingredients in pie plate and bake at 400 degrees for 45 50 m inutes. Pie will be golden brown. Let set 10 15 minutes before serving.
VARIATIONS: You may combine any cooked meat, vegetables together eg. chicken, b roccoli and cheese or hamburger, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese or bacon, green peppers, onion and cheese. Any combination is great. Enjoy Recipe from One M illion Recipes CD
