4 tablespoon Oil
1 Scallion
2 Hot peppers or more
1 tablespoon Shredded ginger
1 tablespoon Sherry
2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
2 pound Fryer
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
2 tablespoon Wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Anise pepper or 2
1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, marinate 15 20 minutes in ginger, sherry, soy sauce mi ture. Cut scallion and hot peppers diagonally into 1 inch pieces. Grind anise pepper to powder. Mi chicken broth, soy sauce, wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat oil. Add scallion, and stir fry several times. Add ginger, sherry, soy mi ture and chicken to scallions and hot pepper, and stir fry for 1 2 minutes more. Add chicken broth mi ture, mi well. Cook over low heat until chicken pieces are tender. Add cornstarch to thicken. Serve.

1 c Bisquick 1 c Sugar 3 tb Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/3 c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/2 c Milk 1 t Vanilla 1 2/3 c Hot Water Preheat oven to 350. In a greased 8 square pan, mi Bisquick, 1/2 C sugar and 3 T cocoa powder. Stir in milk and vanilla until blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining sugar and cocoa powder. Pour water over top. DO NOT STIR. Bake 40 minutes or until top is firm. Dust lightly with confectioner's sugar if desired. Spoon into dessert bowls while hot. Tastes great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipping cream on top. ...
