1 Fryer, cut up
1/2 c Italian cheese
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c Olive oil
Butter or oleo
Combine bread crumbs and cheese in 1 bow. Combine eggas and olive oil in another bowl. Dip chicken pcs. in egg mi ture, lift quickly to coat with crumb and cheese mi ture. Arrange chicken in lightly greased pan and dot each pc. with butter. Bake at 375 F., for abt. 1 hr., or until tests done. Stuffed artichoke lovers will love this dish tastes like it. 5 pound boneless leg of lamb Smashed peeled garlic 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary Stuffing (see recipe above) 1/4 cup red wine 3/4 cup brown stock or beef broth 1 pound peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes 1 tablespoon slivered pitted olives Chopped parsley Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Rub lamb inside and out with garlic clove. Stuff leg of lamb and tie securely sprinkle meat with rosemary.
