6 ea Sl White bread
2 lb Sausage bulk
3/4 lb Cheese, e tra grated
6 ea Lg Egg
1 1/4 c Milk
1/2 c White wine
1 t Garlic powder
1 tb Dijon
6 ea Green onions chopped

Lightly butter a 9 12 glass baking pan. Spread the bread with butter and cut into 1/4 inch cubes, leaving on the crusts. Cook sausage well and drain. Layer the bread cubes in the pan. Top with half the sausage, 1 cup of cheese. Repeat the layers until all is used. Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Beat in milk, wine, garlic powder and mustard. Pour over pan. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Uncover and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Top with remaining cheese and green onions. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 3 Lbs. salmon filet cut in 8 pieces 6 onions sliced 4 C. red wine 1/3 C. sugar 2 C. cream 1/2 Stick butter Melt the butter in a large pot and add the onions. Let cook for 10 minutes and add the 2 cups red wine. Continue cooking until almost all the liquid evaporated. Season with sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Place the salmon filet in baking dish and add the remaining red wine and cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 475 degrees for 7 minutes. Lift out the cooked salmon and set aside. Pour the liquid into a pot and reduce until syrup consistency. ...
