1/4 c sour cream
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 lb ground beef
10 hamburger buns split
lettuce leaves optional sliced tomato optional onion
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients ad beef and mi gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4 5 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if desired.
