1 1/2 lbs. beef round steak (1 1/2 to 2)
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1 cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
4 Tomatoes wedged
1 can tomatoes, canned undrained
2 green bell pepper sliced
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
cooked noodles OR cooked rice
Cut beef into 3 1 strips brown in oil in skillet. Transfer to a slow cooker. Combine the ne t seven ingredients pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 5 6 hours or until meat is tender. Add tomatoes and green peppers cook on low for 1 hour longer. Combine the cold water and cornstarch to make a paste stir into liquid in slow cooker and cook on high until thickened. 2 1/2 c Self Rising Flour 2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Vegetable Oil 1 c Applesauce 2 1/2 T Ground Cinnamon 2 T Hot Water 4 Egg Yolks 1 c Chopped Pecans 4 Egg Whites Powdered Sugar Combine first 7 ingredients in order listed beat at medium speed of mi er until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans. Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff fold into batter. Pour mi ture into an ungreased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
