4 c Chopped rhubarb
2 c Strawberries, thickly sliced
2 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Water
1/2 c Brown rice syrup
COBBLER TOPPING 1 1/4 c Wholewheat pastry flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 c Chilled margarine
1/2 c Soy milk
1/4 c Brown rice syrup
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly oil a shallow 3 quart baking dish. Gently toss together the rhubarb and amp strawberries. In a small mi ing bowl, whisk cornstarch with water. Stir in the syrup and amp pour over the rhubarb. Stir to coat. Place in prepared baking dish and amp set aside. TOPPING: Mi flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and amp nutmeg. Cut in margarine until blended. In a separate bowl, combine soymilk and amp syrup. Add to flour mi ture, mi ing only enough to blend. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the fruit mi ture. Bake until browned, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

1/3 c Corn syrup 1/4 c Chicken broth 1/4 c Soya sauce 1 T Lemon juice 1 c Garlic clove minced 3 lb Chicken wings In pan mi first 5 ingredients. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and amp cool. Put separated wings in plastic cooking bag and lay in pan. Pour marinade over chicken wings and tie bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Arrange chicken wings on foil lined baking sheet and spoon half of marinade on wings. Bake in 400 oven for 30 min, turn wings and put rest of marinade on and bake another 30 min.
