BROWNIE BASE: 1 Package (12 oz.) semi sweet
Chocolate chips minia 1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2/3 Cup Flour
TOPPING: 1 Package (8 oz.) cream cheese
Softened 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoon Butter softened
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoon Milk
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Almond e tract

To make base: In large bowl, combine sugar and butter beat until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and salt mi well. In small micro proof bowl, melt 1 and 1/4 cups of the mini chocolate chips until smooth. Add melted chocolate and flour to first mi ture. Po ur into well greased 9 9 inch square pan. Set aside.
To make topping: In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and butter beat until creamy. Add eggs, milk, flour and almond e tract beat well. Stir in remaining 3/4 cup of mini chocolate chips. Pour over brownie base.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely and cut into small pieces these are very rich, and taste best if chilled. Store in refrigerator. Makes 16 to 24 brownies.

400 g Rhubarb 1 1/2 dl Granulated sugar 1 1/2 dl White wine 500 g Melon of various kinds 1 Fresh mint leaves Cut the rhubarb in 2 cm (about 1 inch) pieces. Put in a sauce pan together with sugar and white wine. Let the rhubarb melt in low heat. Chill. Make melon balls, or cut in pieces. Put the melon and chopped mint leaves into the sauce pan and mi with the rhubarb. Chill for a couple of hours. Put the salad in small bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
