Preheat Oven to 250 20 Min Work Time
1 Hr Total Time
3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
8 tb Unsalted butter (marg/short)
At room temp 1 1/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 ts Vanilla e tract
3/4 c Walnuts, chopped. (optional)
PER SQUARE: 180 Calories
2 g Protein
10 g Fat

23 g Carbohydrates
43 mg Cholesterol

Preheat oven to 250. Chop the chocolate. Put in an ovenproof pan, and amp melt in the oven, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Remove chocolate, increase oven temp to 325. Grease a 9 square baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder, and amp salt. With an electric mi er set on medium low speed, beat butter and amp sugar, until light and amp fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Slowly, beat in chocolate, then the vanilla. Reduce to low speed, add flour mi ture and amp beat until just mi ed. Stir in walnuts. Spread batter into pan. Bake until tested done (toothpick test) about 30 35 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares. Reminder: If using GLASS baking pan, reduce oven heat by 25.

12 1/2 g Butter 1 1/2 lg Leeks, sliced 112 1/2 g Potatoes, diced/peeled 300 ml Vegetable stock 112 1/2 g Greek yoghurt Seasoning 1 tb Fresh chives 1. Melt the butter in a pan, then add the leeks and fry gently for about 5 minutes without browning. Add the potatoes, stock and seasoning.
