CRUST 1 pk Graham crackers
3 tb Butter melt
2 tb Sugar

FILLING 24 oz Cream cheese soft
3/4 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla

TOPPING 1 tb Vanilla
8 oz Sour cream
1 ts Sugar
Crush graham crackers. Add sugar and melted butter. Press crumbs into springform pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes at 350. Combine softened cream cheese and sugar mi well. Add eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla. Spoon filling over crust and bake for 1 hour at 300. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with fruit of choice.
