3/4 c Brown sugar firmly packed
1/4 c Margarine softened
3/4 c Pumpkin cooked mashed
1 Egg
1 1/4 c All purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground allspice
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
Cream sugar and margarine at medium speed of an electric mi er until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin and egg beat well. Combine flour and ne t 6 ingredients add to creamed mi ture, mi ing well. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Flatten tops slightly. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until lightly size: 2 cookies).
