1 clove garlic very finely chopped
1 tsp fresh root ginger minced or grated
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp lemon juice fresh or bottled
1 tbsp freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
1 tsp freshly chopped mint
1/2 tsp ground cumin
pinch cayenne pepper 650 g healthy eating lamb mince

1. Preheat the grill or barbecue. Put all the ingredients, e cept the lamb, into a bowl and mi together. Add the lamb and mi well using your hands.
2. Shape the mi ture into eight sausages. Thread them onto skewers. Cook under the grill for about 10 12 minutes, turning them over from time to time. Serve with pitta bread, salad and yogurt.

1/4 c Butter Or Margarine 1/4 c Sugar 1 Egg 1 Pureed Avocado 1 c Toasted Slivered Almonds 1 c Milk 2 c Self Rising Flour Preheat oven to 400 F and prepare muffin pans. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the egg. Blend in the avocado, milk and nuts. Lastly add the flour and mi gently but thoroughly until the ingredients are moistened and combined. Place in pans and sprinkle each with topping.
