5 Eggs, beaten
3 c Frozen hash brown potatoes
from 26 oz pkg, thawed 4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar
1/2 c Cottage cheese
1 Green onion, chopped
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Seasoned pepper
Dash hot pepper sauce Dash paprika 6 sl Turkey bacon, crisp and amp crumbled
Heat oven to 350F. Crease a 9 inch pie pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients e cept paprika and bacon. Mi well. Pour into greased pan, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F for 30 40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with bacon, bake an additional 5 minutes.
