8 ozs no salt added tomato sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsps brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 1/2 tsps salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 lbs ground chicken breast, skinless cooked
1 c onions chopped
1/2 c bell peppers chopped
3 c No Yolks egg noodle substitute cooked

In a mi ing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add tomato sauce mi ture. Cook covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. Add cooked egg noodle substitute to chicken mi ture.
